As a leadership and transitions coach and as a founder of Leadagious | Leadership is contagious, I help human beings and companies to find and express their best self in their journey through life & business transitions and towards a more conscious leadership. I do this by partnering with them in identifying and overcoming their barriers, blocks and interferences and in creating more effective, sustainable and enjoyable thoughts, emotions, plans and actions.
In other words, I train my clients in the pursuit of happiness (or – a bit more precisely – in the pursuit of eudaemonia and a meaningful life, but we don’t really need to get caught up in the minutiae right now, do we?).
I am a Member of the International Coaching Federation (with an PCC Credential), the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards.
I got a Certified Professional Coach certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching – iPEC, a COR.E Leadership Dynamics™ Specialist (CLDS) certification, a COR.E Transitions Dynamics™ Specialist (CTDS) certification and an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification.
I also got a Honours Degree in Humanities & Philosophy (Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna) and master certifications from Caspar Craven, The Happiness Research Institute Copenhagen, Cannes Lions School and Bocconi University.
